Our Legacy
Investia Capital Group was founded with a clear and focused strategy: to serve the long-term interests of our principal client—our family holding company—and to gradually evolve into a trusted investment partner for other family holdings, corporates, and endowments.
Our journey began with venture capital investments, primarily through equity participation and structured lending to startups. This formative phase was critical in helping us understand the catalytic role startups play in local economies, especially those created by the second generation within family businesses. We recognized the strategic value of linking these emerging ventures to established family holdings—whether to modernize legacy operations, develop new capabilities, or support transformation through corporate venture building. This bridging of tradition and innovation remains central to our model.
Over time, we engaged with a wide array of startups and family offices, not only as investors, but also as strategic advisors. We worked closely with founders and stakeholders to refine business models, manage pivots, and structure diverse debt solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
